Day 4: Rome-Naples-City tour

After we wake up and have our breakfast, our road will end up in the sensual city of the south of Italy, Naples! The first walk in Naples takes place in the narrow streets of its historic center, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The picturesque streets, the magnificent churches, the small shops, the traditional pizzerias and the underground arcades will captivate you and maybe make you get lost, but here is the point... Walking along the bustling Spaccanapoli, the main narrow street that divides the city in two , you will find almost at every corner a good reason to stop. Here a visit to the Gothic cathedral Duomo, dedicated to the patron saint San Gennaro (Saint January) is essential. While the walk will continue south and will lead us to Piazza Municipio where Castel Nuovo is located, the imposing medieval castle that it was a royal residence but also a place of residence for artists and intellectuals. Then we will head to our hotel.

Day 5: Salerno - Positano - Amalfi Coast
Day 5: Salerno - Positano - Amalfi Coast

Breakfast and departure to Salerno. Upon arrival we will visit the Duomo with its different architectural elements. We will be impressed by the crypt of St Andrew located under the temple with an elaborate ceiling, double-sided statues, a variety of marbles and hagiographies that make up an image different from... a crypt! we will also have time to walk in the interesting historical center with its beautiful picturesque alleys. Then time for the Amalfi Coast built on the head of the bay of the same name in Costiera Amalfitana, one of the most stunning coasts in Europe. We will board the boat for the puppet Positano. Walking on the narrow cobblestones with the flowery balconies we will feel the cosmopolitan air of the 60's era. Leaving Positano again by boat, we will reach the "metropolis of the coast", the picturesque Amalfi, which gave its name in 48 kilometers of coastline. In your free time, we suggest you visit the Cathedral of St Andrew and walk along the central pedestrian street of the city. We also suggest you visit the village of Ravello perched at 305 meters and see Villa Rufolo with its tower, gardens and breathtaking views. Return to Amalfi and departure for Salerno and late afternoon return to Naples for lunch on the main cobbled street.
