4-day Christmas trip to enchanting Vienna

The moment you've been waiting for has arrived. The unique moment for your escape, the unique time of the journey. We will take a direct flight to Vienna airport. Upon arrival we will meet with our leader and we'll transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon we will go on a walking discovery tour where we will explore hidden corners of the historical center, lasting about an hour and a half. We will see the famous Christmas Market in the Town Hall Square, the Lundman cafe hangout of the father of psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud, the Scotsmen's Square, Freyung the famous passage that leads to the unique Central Cafe, hangout of the Austrian intellectuals of the 19th Century, we will pass from the beautiful alley of Naglergasse and we will end up in the Graben and Kolmarkt where one of the best pastry shops in the city is located, the legendary Demmel.

After breakfast we will do our guided tour of the Capital of Austria. Our tour guide is here to impart his knowledge about Festive Vienna to the whole "company". We will tour the famous Ping boulevard, where we will admire the most important sights of Vienna, such as the Municipal Park, we will pass by the Hofburg Winter Palaces, the Opera House, the Museum Square, the Francis Joseph Gate, the neoclassical Parliament, the Gothic Town Hall, the old Palace Theatre, the University and the Church of Tammas, the Fotif Kirche, the amazing church of Agios Karolos. The afternoon is free for excursions. Vienna, city of classical music, offers us the unique opportunity in the evening for those who wish to attend a concert with a selection of the most famous works of Strauss and Mozart.

For those who wish, they can optionally join our excursion to the Salzkammergut region and Mozart's birthplace, Salzburg. On our route, familiarize yourself with the beautiful landscape of the Salzkammergut region, with its beautiful mountains and countless lakes, where Emperor Franz Joseph and his family used to spend their holidays. Passing Lake Fuschl and Lake Wolfgang we reach Salzburg. Always accompanied by our guide, we will walk through the old town of Salzburg and see the main sights of the old seat of the Bishopric. We will admire, among others, the Cathedral, St. Peter's Abbey, burial place of Mozart's sister Nannerl. Of course we are in Mozart's birthplace and we can't help but see the house where the great composer was born in Getreidegasse The Edelweiss-Song from the movie SOUND OF MUSIC will come to mind as we pass by the pond and gardens of the Mirabel Palace, from where we will have a unique goddess in the Hohensalzburg fortress of the city. After our tour, free time for shopping and then we will make our way back to Vienna.
